Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All sales with a discount and all sales of 10ml bottles are final and excluded from refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received. The Cellophane must be still wrapped around the fragrance. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
